We started these 2 houses in October, and we have already made a lot of progress.

Progress phase #3
We started phase #3 last year, and we made a good progress. This phase has 8 hectares of property, that we started to develop.
We install water system for 17 lots, paved the road, and
built a good drainage system.
Electricity infrastructure is now installed, and we will continue to develop this phase.
The lots in phase #3 are larger, and we offer many different floor plans, 2 or 3 bedrooms homes, and custom homes, for clients that wants to work with us.

Phase #1+2 completely sold
We worked hard to finish phase 1+2 of our project. We have 41 houses in those 2 phases. Most of our clients live permanent in their beautiful houses, and we are happy to have them in our community.

Commercial Property
Our 1 hectar property in the entrance to Pedasi is perfect for commercial development.
